I do the work of 2 people most of the time because other's aren't held accountable.

My team is always there to answer questions, collaborate, and share successes and disappointments. They are the best part of the job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to work from home 2 days a week. The flexible time off. Management tries to bring us together as one.

My manager listens and cares, but his/her hands are tied. I can talk to my team about anything, and they are always willing to help.

To be involved with our customers on a daily basis. To learn new things but not be overwhelmed by to many products.

What makes you most happy at work?

To hear that our customers like our products. Working with the few people who care about our customers and want to see them happy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is awesome they are helpful it is other teams within the organization that I find difficult as the level of commitment to our customers seems to be failing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home it is hard to have a culture. There are so many customers that need attention it is hard to take time off to participate in culture events.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a team, we like to be serious and have fun. Everyone on the team does their part to help the customer and each other. There is no I in our team. :)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was "promoted" from within. Other's in the industry doing the same job as I do make 10-30K more a year than what I am paid. I stay because I love the people I work with.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like interacting with the staff. Everyone is willing to help out, it doesn't matter if it's your job or not. We have some people who have been here for over 10 years and I value their knowledge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They hire people from all over the US who work remotely. If you are close enough to an office you are required to be in the office 3 days a week. You have the option to work remotely Mondays and Fridays.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Things need to change from the top down. We need to have clear goals and set milestones to achieve the goals. Each VP should meet with their team to determine what is working and what is broken, then how REALISTICALLY fix it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am underpaid in my field as I was 'promoted' without an adjustment in compensation. I received merit increases however they barely keep up with the cost of living. I stay because of the people I work with, however, that changed when the company restructure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I can leave and get 10-20K more a year. My experience, knowledge, and ability are not compensated. There is less and less public recognition for doing above and beyond. Above and beyond while maintaining current standards is expected, yet not recognized in any way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A 2% raise a year doesn't keep up with inflation. The knowledge and relationship that I have with customers can't be matched by a new hire, which have been brought in at a higher wage. This is the case throughout the company, not just my position.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Creating a clear plan and sticking to it. Every month there is a new direction to increase revenue. Each team is still struggling from the merger. We were told not to worry management had it all figured out. That is not the case, and the customer is suffering.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate that they try to keep us updated on things that are happening. I think they meant well by changing the organizational structure to one. The town halls and meetings where we get to meet mgmt. The "lunch & learn" that we have to learn about other departments and meet other staff.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It doesn't matter what department I meet with there are unhappy people. No one seems to know what they are responsible for. Tasks that were supposed to be handled by another dept. haven't been and now the customer suffers. 10 K to be in line with the industry for my years and knowledge.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our manager listens and provides valuable insight. Her manager has been with the company for a long time and is very knowledgeable in all aspects. My team can count on each other to offer help or step in when needed. We are a group of professionals and know what it takes to keep a customer.
