More upward mobility. Support is an absolute dead end.

Better understanding the products they are managing. Streamline work processes. Ensuring that departments/managers are working together and not focused on their own singular goals.

Better pay. Allow salary workers to receive overtime pay. Create good non-buggy applications. Invest in test driven development instead.

Care and consideration for the work/life balance. Respecting the agreed upon terms when a team member is hired. Clear job descriptions that are accurate. There needs to be fundamental understanding of the workload that is placed on the team and how that impacts the team's day-to-day

I feel undervalued because I do the job of several people but I'm not compensated to reflect it.

I am hoping the Merit this year will be better than last and Ministry Brands takes the high cost of living into consideration this time. With the new 5$ order charge and cutting good workers out to give the work to a 3rd party, we should get better pay.

I have applied for numerous jobs I was qualified for and not gotten any of them. I was only ever contacted about one of them- and they only contacted me to let me know I had no chance of getting it. Our pay has fallen far behind inflation and we have no company matching 401K.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers needs to be trained properly and actually held accountable to follow SOPs/procedures. Too often are a handful of people are being relied on to carry departments, and fixing the constant mistakes of others. Even with corrections, the mistakes continue, nothing is learned or changed.

I'm glad that some co-workers are trying to improve culture and the environment through the culture committees/planned events, but it should not be solely their responsibility.

i feel like it would be nice to allow more people to get to work from home. or at least give everyone the opportunity to work split remote/office.

From the top down it is apparent that the executives have no idea what goes into our job, and that they don't respect the employees as people. Change comes from the top down.

Taking care of the customers needs. At the end of the day, our customers happiness is the most important and gives a since of fulfillment that I we have served them well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff are burnt out from being overworked, not properly trained/coached, and having to put up with constant changes - all with no fair reflection in compensation across the board. It doesn't feel like a team - a few people do a lot to keep the wheels turning while some others don't care at all.

We have begun the long slide where corporate profit- seeking has gone past the tip[ping point and customers notice and are leaving.

After the re-org, multiple steps are added to every process and issues are not being handled as efficiently as they can. There are promises that are made and no action completed. There is not an equal balance of work across departments, with some teams filling their day with outside activities.
