
Due to current changes to software, procedures, and organizational restructure I feel that things are very unorganized. Once the issues have been resolved and there are better procedures put in place I believe that things will improve.
In the beginning support was a valued part of the company. Over the last 1-2 years I do not feel that it is valued and the concerns are not addressed.
