The company I started working for has been consumed by the corporation. It really feels like that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all downtrodden by the executive elite.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My colleagues are all great people.

We care about each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More upward mobility. Support is an absolute dead end.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have received raises which are well below the rate of inflation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The corporate strategy is not right for this particular part of the corporate tree.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Well, when we all worked in the same office, there was a great deal of camaraderie.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There does not seem to be any avenue for advancement out of the current job level.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have begun the long slide where corporate profit- seeking has gone past the tip[ping point and customers notice and are leaving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have applied for numerous jobs I was qualified for and not gotten any of them. I was only ever contacted about one of them- and they only contacted me to let me know I had no chance of getting it. Our pay has fallen far behind inflation and we have no company matching 401K.
