
no high raise. no good incentive to stay. won't let us work from home forever. leaders don't care about people, only numbers. worried this company wont survive much longer.

i've worked here for 3 yrs, and yet newbies make almost, or more than me
i don't feel i am paid fairly enough. so increasing raises would make me feel better

SCARED EVERYDAY THAT I'M GOING TO BE LAID OFF. UPPER MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE MORE CLEAR THAT THEY'RE GOING TO FIRE US ALL FOR CHEAPER LABOR OVERSEAS OR TECHNOLOGY.
I DO MANY THINGS, AND YET MY RAISE WON'T GET ANY HIGHER, THOUGH I'VE WORKED HERE FOR YEARS. AND BONUS IS RATED ON AN OBVIOUS UNFAIR SCALE OF HOW MUCH I GET DONE, WHEN OBVIOUSLY EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT. AND THAT IS NOT FAIR.
NEED TO START CARING MORE ABOUT PEOPLE, AND NOT ABOUT NUMBERS. LETTING GO OF PEOPLE IN A DEPARTMENT JUST FOR CHEAPER LABOR OVERSEAS IS JUST WRONG! REALLY SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU CARE ABOUT US LOW WORKERS WHO KEEP THIS COMPANY GOING, AND YOUR PAYCHECKS! IT'S REALLY AUDACIOUS AND RUDE OF YOU!
