Overall, I feel that we are a family, not just a company. As long as leadership continues to encourage and recognize all the work that we all put in to our positions as we continue to grow. The PTO and benefits are good and having time off for appointments and personal days is a huge plus.

AGAIN, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PEOPLE! THEY HAVE ALL MADE THEIR WAY INTO MY HEART AND HAVE EASILY BECOME MY FAMILY! I FEEL LIKE I AM HOME, I NEVER FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO WORK!

It's been a rollarcoaster of ups and downs but, with the leadership in place now and the changes that have been made there has been a more positive outlook from what I've seen amongst employees.

My experience has been positive.

Comradery has really shown through the past couple of months throughout the company as a whole; its refreshing.

Lately, I have seen a great improvement on communication and goals for not just the growth of the company but for our employees to expand roles and grow. It's appreciated and makes a huge difference to the culture of our teams.
