What are some of the best things about your team?My coworkers are wonderful and also just trying to manage the craziness. They are supportive for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like how much they care about their staff. they always reach out to see if we are having any issues or need any help with anything in our offices. always offering training and hold weekly meetings to discuss concerns and recognize success.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Employee retention rates are low because the pay is not adequate, the responsibilities are too numerous, and the regard for others is minimal.
