Our office set up having various places to sit and work, great views, friendly we work staff, feeling like I'm crossing things off my to do list even when unexpected things happen my team moves quickly to troubleshoot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I know that other companies pay more for someone performing my type of duties, I am ok with it now because of the other benefits Mission provides such as unlimited PTO, work from home, cell phone reimbursement and office snacks.
