What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is open and honest. The senior leadership team doesn't try to solve all problems on their own and in a vacuum. Rather, they engage people from all around the organization for their feedback and opinions.

I like that my leadership team is process driven. Historically the customers I have interacted with have been snowflake customers in that each had different rules/expectation and we are trying to normalize their process/experience which has been hard sometimes but decreases confusion.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that all employees get a budget to improve their home offices once they've been here for 90 days!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have compared my salary to ranges for same role/comparable experience and I am significantly below market rate. I am already on a path to increased compensation here at Mission, so I already feel better about my compensation.

People on our team are always willing to help each other solve problems.

I work on a team with a lot of smart people who are well versed in the technology. They are also not afraid to share their knowledge and don't act condescending if someone does not know something.
