Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that the pay ranges are an avg for a few cities. It would be nice if those salaries were reviewed yearly to ensure that Mission is keeping up with the industry

Due to the lack of any benefits, I believe it would be nice to have at least a higher rate to compensate for the lack of those items.

The entire team is eager to learn more and more each day, being humble enough to ask for help, but also pushing the limits to be able to address something they might not be familiar with, for the sake of learning new tools.
