Working on programming or automation tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team with a lot of smart people who are well versed in the technology. They are also not afraid to share their knowledge and don't act condescending if someone does not know something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have compared my salary to ranges for same role/comparable experience and I am significantly below market rate. I am already on a path to increased compensation here at Mission, so I already feel better about my compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership team is process driven. Historically the customers I have interacted with have been snowflake customers in that each had different rules/expectation and we are trying to normalize their process/experience which has been hard sometimes but decreases confusion.
