I got to talk to executives in a variety of roles to determine which team I felt my personality and background fit with most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate everything - because it is the small victories that lead to us winning the overall war. That could be the war against toxic workplace culture or overspending on cloud infrastructure. It doesn't matter the fight, we take time to recognize the victories along the way.
