Way underpaid. With the new laws in Illinois I am able to see pay ranges of other companies. out of 45 job descriptions, I was paid less than all of the minimum that they are offering for similar roles. Pay more. Benefits and bonus do not count towards wages. we pay for benefits. Bonus not guaranted

Nothing new here. Promises of promotion dangled as a carrot that never really materialize because there's always a reason. If promises are made, they should persist through management changes.

Don't remove remote work, this is the reason most people stay here. Schaumburg isn't a huge draw and people don't all live close by. Having to commute would cause a ton of people to leave. Do a market analysis and pay people what they are worth

The comp is not great and I was trying to negotiate with the HR before they did not seem like they are willing to do so and even the market might be fair but the amount of over time and calls with HQ are not def brought it up during the interviews
