They Need to actually care about what the employees need. Put employees first, employees will be happier and more productive. Then they will naturally bring in more customers and make customers happier. But employees have been shown many times that the company does not actually care about them.

LT only cares about results, not the process. As the CEO mentioned that he kept looking at the numbers of sales, and he does not seem to care about how and what to improve. Yes, it seems like buying another firm helps, but it is not organic growth and it does not seem obvious where we are headed

The manager has no power like he or she has work outside of hours for meeting with hq but it used to be more accommodating and take some comp hours if we worked outside of normal business hours, but now it is gone and we are working many hours outside of work and managers do not have any powers
