What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good co-workers are quitting in droves. We need to get the low-morale people leave or change, but there are no leaders willing to build the culture in my region.

Overall, Mixpanel is a toxic environment. I know this sentiment is shared by many people at the company. There is an unfair balance in recognition, a strong air of indecision, exclusion and hypocrisy from management. Mixpanel has a good product and great people, it's a shame to see it all wasted.

The current pace of execution is unsustainable and burn out inducing. Reorgs have tanked morale across the company. We're being asked to go faster and faster without support from management.
