What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Good co-workers are quitting in droves. We need to get the low-morale people leave or change, but there are no leaders willing to build the culture in my region.

Overall, Mixpanel is a toxic environment. I know this sentiment is shared by many people at the company. There is an unfair balance in recognition, a strong air of indecision, exclusion and hypocrisy from management. Mixpanel has a good product and great people, it's a shame to see it all wasted.
