Benefits and perks are fair. However, when it comes to salaries, they are misaligned between the same roles and seniority. Kind of unfair.

I believe my skill and knowledge are not reflected in my compensation, especially after pay transparency made it more obvious and unfair. There are also similar or lower roles in the market that are paying higher which really adds to the feeling of being undervalued. Inflation only makes this worse.

I really enjoy most of my coworkers, but one has been extremely difficult to work with, and it doesn't seem like feedback I give to her manager has been passed along or had any impact. I think it would be helpful to have consistency in how feedback is handled across epd.

Oddly enough, Mixpanel is the one company I've worked for that keeps emphasising culture yet its the one place that is lacking it. It can quickly become a facade if employees think they are following it rather than actually are. I do believe we need more empathetic people here.
