- What are some of the best things about your team?We all get along, we support each other, great work dynamic. Having worked in different departments within, I have a stellar team thanks to a great director
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We have a pension plan, 403b, great medical benefits, tuition reimbursement for kids also and much more
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are open door access, available by phone text and sometimes on vacation. They want everyone to be successful in there role.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Teach Supervisors and Managers not to voice their complaints and issues with the department.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Followers should be allow to submit an annual review of their leaders to identifies what is working and what is not. CEO and CFO along with HR needs to review the behaviors and leadership skills.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Adding more work responsibilities but not being compensated. Hiding behind "duties as needed" is not acceptable.
