What are some of the best things about your team?We work well together despite that VP and Supervisor try to make unnecessary contention and discord. We are thoughtful of one another's values and beliefs.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?Teach Supervisors and Managers not to voice their complaints and issues with the department.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Followers should be allow to submit an annual review of their leaders to identifies what is working and what is not. CEO and CFO along with HR needs to review the behaviors and leadership skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Adding more work responsibilities but not being compensated. Hiding behind "duties as needed" is not acceptable.
