What did you like most about the interview process?
Multiple people from different levels of the organization were part of the interview process.
I was interviewed by individuals in various roles which helped give a full picture of the position.
Got to meet individuals from different roles.
Although I failed in a stress game, it was not a determining factor to rule me out and I was hired.
Interviewing with different levels of people to get varied insights.
Opportunity to learn more about the Company from leaders of each of the departments as well as the partners / CEO. Open interview which made me comfortable asking questions.
