What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experienced team that focuses on growing talent through education and development programs.
they are open to listen to employees and are concerned about the professional growth of each employee and that we are all happy and well with the company in general.
The management team is always accessible to listen to concerns and are open to helping individual employees reach their career goals.
I like their forward thinking and how more organized we have become.
Mod Op is a great place to work, mostly based on the team that works there and the management that fosters a great environment.

Highly experienced from varied parts of the industry
Productivity, respect for working and personal time, organization, team support
People are very talented and collaborative. I'm always learning from my coworkers.
We work across a lot of different disciplines so we get to cross train frequently.
Ability to innovate and adapt in a changing world.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opinions of employees are heard and may make up the culture. Management is open to ideas. Social groups within company cater to different interest groups. Overall when we are not working, we want to celebrate each other (birthdays, anniversaries) and do activities together in the office/remotely
Flexibility, allowing you to balance your personal life with work
It's very casual and fun. People work hard but also enjoy having a good time.
That we all feel like we are one family!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Multiple people from different levels of the organization were part of the interview process.
I was interviewed by individuals in various roles which helped give a full picture of the position.
Got to meet individuals from different roles.
Although I failed in a stress game, it was not a determining factor to rule me out and I was hired.
Interviewing with different levels of people to get varied insights.

The fact that I can lear more about other areas in Digital Marketing.
