What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opinions of employees are heard and may make up the culture. Management is open to ideas. Social groups within company cater to different interest groups. Overall when we are not working, we want to celebrate each other (birthdays, anniversaries) and do activities together in the office/remotely
Flexibility, allowing you to balance your personal life with work
It's very casual and fun. People work hard but also enjoy having a good time.

The culture of the Agency is such that everyone is very comfortable and enjoys being at the office. Overall, there is a great work-life balance and a "work hard, play hard," type of attitude across all employees.

Friendly and positive working environment.
Everyone has a great story. There are artists, amateur chefs, writers, singers, etc. on the team and getting to interact with them on a daily basis brings extra color and levity to the work day.
