Have empathy and listen deal with events and not let them escalate
Communication and fitting an individuals talents to the appropriate job.
Too much emphasis on new business and excess profit
Communication, over hiring, metrics, sales, pay
Treat people with respect instead of a number
If you say a pay increase is automatically built into a contract, actually follow through. Into my fourth year, the first year's, second year's, and third year's increases were never applied, and all inquiries are not recorded by HR, so it's a blank slate each time.
I think the benefits could be better and I don't think 6 months is enough of ramp to learn for most new recruiters. I did well but I had a lot of connections.
I get paid well in my temp position
few more benefits and constant salary raise
They need experience and show some respect
I am a temp at a fortune 500 company and they are the worst...training was nil...
To listen to all staff and put contigencies in place when things go wrong on a project instead of blaming ill informed contractors
No interviews for some just a quick telephone conversation
Average to say the least
They do not provide the relavant qualified staff for projects it is just numbers to them
Demonstrably illegal (fraudulent) practises towards their clients and their contractors. Wilful negligence to conflict resolution; they simply ignore anyone with problems hoping they'll go away, or use their own quasi-legal team's threats in attempts to silence.
