There are ZERO benefits. The pay is WAY below industry standard. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a "company."

They are not interested in paying you well.
There are no raises ever on a project. Seniority does not matter. It doesn't matter if you get a 100% QA or a 20% QA, you will still make the same amount of money. If someone just signs onto a project you've been on for a couple years, they will make the same amount per hour as you. Terrible.
Management doesn't listen to the Mods, if they do they don't follow up on the information given to them. I'm very surprised that this company is still up and running and that business are still using them because if they knew what really went on they would pull their business from this company.
