Communication, training, valuing their employees.
There is no real leadership at this company. There is an extreme hierarchy of management and this means the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They only seem to offer you criticism and threats at your job so you never feel safe.
Everything, order, training, follow the right things.
increase payrate regardless of where one is
They need to actually learn the services or products that are being offered, so they can properly train people. They are often left in the dark on the basics of the CS of what they are representing, believe it or not. They are little to no help when you have questions on workflows.
Because they do not look at their employees as people, but rather as numbers, that they can replace if it suits them.
A fair pay that is reflected by your work.
There are ZERO benefits. The pay is WAY below industry standard. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a "company."
Better paid, accomplished what they promised.
Better paid first of all.
No one wants to work, the ones that do don't bother to read the stuff theyre supposed to and do things right. Upper management just want to find new tools to play with and constantly change everything every year or two.
There is little to no collaboration. If you speak up, you will be admonished. If a reply comes across as negative, you will be told you cannot say that in chat.
Not be so competitive, and bad persons.
There are usually no group meetings. Everything is done via slack messages or emails. There can be a lot of things misconstrued as management never follows up to ensure you are following proper procedure. You only hear about something when you do it wrong. Then you are egregiously reprimanded.
Be more kind and better people and persons.
Toxic culture. Horrid management. Terrible.
Better management Better training Better wages Offering PTO to non-employees Offering more incentives to non-employees Better organization of management Better organization of resources They really need to focus on bettering everything. This company is a mess.
Allow more interviews for higher positions at company.
I don´t know, maybe being more direct
very incompetent. managers are a joke.
Make it more thorough and hire better candidates. Offer better wages.
Better management, respecting the employees
We are basically intermediaries for most of our clients. It frustrates the customers, and they take that frustration out on us. They want their issue resolved now and not to have to wait for an escalation.
Pay people better wages. People will then show up and you will not be short-staffed forcing a few people to carry the workload and burden of the many.
Train the management team to do their job and do it effectively
Review from Customer Support Dept
I feel as if remote workers are taken advantage of with this company. The pay is not great at all. A little over minimum wage will not cut it.
