The work is fun and the software is amazing, but the company policies are terrible. If you get a miserable person for a customer and they give you a bad rating you can be fired the next week. They also demand rediculous time limits on producing quality work - and people wonder why designs are sloppy

Lots of talented people working here, but they deserve better than what we are treated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rediculous demands on designers leads to shotty work and high turnover. People are disappointed and dont recommend their friends or request another project.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is far below standards and not survivable. They dont take any taxes out. Also no benefits. High turnover. They burn through talented designers and thats what is making the company fail.
