    Rediculous demands on designers leads to shotty work and high turnover. People are disappointed and dont recommend their friends or request another project.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Pay is far below standards and not survivable. They dont take any taxes out. Also no benefits. High turnover. They burn through talented designers and thats what is making the company fail.
