Ms. Terry P. Bayer, J.D., MPH, serves as the President of Children's Behavioral Health, Inc. Ms. Bayer has been President and Director of Pathways Of Arizona, Inc. since November 01, 2015. She has been the Chief Operating Officer of Molina Healthcare Inc. since November 7, 2005. Ms. Bayer served as an Executive Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Molina Healthcare Inc. from January 18, 2005 to November 7, 2005 with responsibility for operational oversight of health plans. She served as an Interim President of Molina Information Systems, LLC (alternate name: Molina Medicaid Solutions). She served as the President of Matryx Health Partners, a division of Tokos Medical Corporation and then President of Tokos itself, a national women's healthcare company specializing in maternity management programs, from 1994 to 1996. Ms. Bayer has been an Independent Director of California Water Service Group since March 1, 2014. She served as a Director of Apria Healthcare Group Inc. from March 2006 to October 28, 2008. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University, an Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Northwestern University.
