Executive Bio

Mr. Brian T. Gladden has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Mondelez International, Inc. since December 1, 2014 and October 13, 2014 respectively. Mr. Gladden served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Dell Inc. from May 2008 to January 24, 2014 and from June 13, 2008 too January 24, 2014 respectively. Mr. Gladden was responsible for all aspects of the finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations and is also responsible for global security and facilities for Dell. Additionally, he is responsible for the IT strategy, planning and governance supporting business globally for Dell. He served as the Executive Officer of Compellent Technologies, Inc. since February 22, 2011. Mr. Gladden served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SABIC Innovative Plastics US, LLC (Formerly, SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding BV and GE Plastics, Inc.) from May 2007 to May 19, 2008 and served as its Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since August 2002. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Lexan Resin and Global Product Companies of SABIC Innovative Plastics US, LLC since July, 2005. Prior to joining SABIC Innovative Plastics, Mr. Gladden spent nearly 20 years with General Electric Company (GE) in a variety of financial and management leadership roles and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE Medical Systems Healthcare IT business. He served as Global Integration Manager and subsequently Chief Financial Officer of GE Marquette Medical Systems during 1998. He served as Manager of Global Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Medical Systems since 1997 and was given the additional responsibility of Manager of Global Modality Finance since 1998. He joined SABIC in 1988. He was employed on the Corporate Audit Staff since 1992. He also has held positions in engineering, finance and business development at GE Aerospace, GE Medical Systems and SABIC Innovative Plastics. He serves as Co-chair of the Tech CFO Leadership Group, which advances critical policy issues that promote U.S. competitiveness. He is also a member of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Council. He is a Graduate of SABIC's Financial Management Program. Mr. Gladden earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Millersville University in Millersville, PA.
