Executive Bio

Mr. Jeff Jarrett has been Global Head of E-Commerce and Vice President of Mondelez International, Inc. since November, 2016. Mr. Jarrett served as President Protocol Agency Services Division of Protocol Global Solutions, Inc. (also known as Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing). He served serves as vice president-global ecommerce & commercial innovation of Kimberly-Clark. He has also worked with Sapient, G2-Grey Direct & Digital, Leo Burnett Customer Group and Brann Worldwide-Euro 4D. Mr. Jarrett oversaw an array of marketing services capabilities, including research, direct and interactive marketing, lead generation, database and production. He has 23 years of experience in both senior client-side and agency roles, he is a Direct Marketing Veteran with an unique combination of strategic skills, hands-on management experience and broad knowledge of marketing and CRM processes and disciplines. Prior to joining Protocol, Mr. Jarrett served as Managing Director of the Leo Burnett Customer Group, where he was responsible for all direct marketing activities, including high-profile relationships with blue chip clients such as Walt Disney, Hallmark, Morgan Stanley and General Motors. Mr. Jarrett also spent many years with Brann Worldwide, ultimately as President of Brann's North American agency network, where he was responsible for the operations and performance of seven offices. While at Brann, he played a key role building major client relationships with Fortune 500 clients such as IBM, Sears, Visa, Bank of America, Merck, Pizza Hut and E*TRADE. Mr. Jarrett earned his BS in Business from the University of Tennessee and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
