Ms. Mary Barnard has been President of Northern Europe at Mondelez International, Inc. since October 03, 2014. Ms. Barnard served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the global Pepsi-Lipton partnership at PepsiCo. She started her career at Rank Hovis McDougall in 1989 and joined PepsiCo in 1997, rising to marketing director of Walkers Crisps. In 2003, she was appointed business unit director for Tesco. She served as Global Vice President of New Beverage Platforms of Pepsico, Inc. Ms. Barnard served as General Manager of Quaker, Tropicana and PJs Business Unit at PepsiCo International Limited from 2005 to April 1, 2008. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Poundland Group plc since March 2015.
