Executive Bio

Mr. Maurizio Brusadelli has been President of Asia, Middle East & Africa at Mondelez International, Inc. since January 1, 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Brusadelli served as President of Asia Pacific at Mondelez International, Inc., since January 2016 and served as its President of Markets & Sales - Asia Pacific since September 2014 and served as its President for Kraft Foods UK & Ireland from September 2012 to August 2014. Mr. Brusadelli served as the President of Gum & Candy at Kraft Foods Europe GmbH. Mr. Brusadelli spent two years in Madrid, Spain as General Manager Kraft Foods Iberia being responsible for commercial operations of all its categories. Mr. Brusadelli began his career with Kraft Foods Italy in 1993 as an Assistant in the Milan-based Marketing department. Over the next years he built up invaluable experience in a variety of Categories and brands, progressing through a number of increasingly responsible positions in Marketing, Sales and General Management. A Marketing Manager by 1999, he moved into Sales, working in the field to broaden his commercial expertise and then into Trade Marketing, a role which saw him responsible for the entire Italian business. He also participated in and coordinated a number of high profile national and multi-national projects (I2M, Trade T&C). He returned to Marketing in 2001 as Category Director for Coffee & Confectionery Kraft Foods Italy and was given responsibility for the entire Italian food division at the end of 2002. He was appointed Category Director Philadelphia Europe in 2006 and over the next four years delivered record results. He also prepared the brand for future growth, including a major initiative which culminated in the brand s innovative new packaging design and highly successful relaunch in 2009. Mr. Brusadelli graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, with a degree in business and economics.
