Mr. Cofer served as an Executive Vice President of Mondelez International, Inc. since August 15, 2011 and served as its President of Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa since September 16, 2013. Mr. Cofer served as the President of Europe Division at Mondelez International until September 2013. He has experience in multiple categories and geographies, including intimate knowledge of European and global chocolate businesses. He served as the President of Asia Pacific & Eastern Europe at Mondelez International, Inc. Mr. Cofer served as the President of Kraft Foods Europe GmbH at Mondelez International, Inc. since August 2011. He served as the President at Kraft Pizza Company, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. He began his career with Mondelez in 1992 and has progressed through a number of marketing, strategy and general management roles of increasing responsibility. He held strategic responsibility for Mondelez's $9+ billion chocolate business as Senior Vice President, Global Chocolate Category Team. Prior to this, Mr. Cofer served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Integration at Mondelez, leading the global integration team following the acquisition of Cadbury in early 2010. He was the Architect of Kraft Foods's European chocolate category model from 2003 to 2006. His career has also included successful tenures leading the Oscar Mayer business since 2007, where he delivered significant revenue growth, margin expansion and consistent market share gains. He is a talented and highly successful leader. Mr. Cofer earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota and his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Olaf College, Minnesota, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.
