
For a Wall St company it’s quite good. Gender diversity is reflected well across most divisions, the proportion of senior women is roughly the same as all women, with the exception of the trading floors. Racial, ethnic and cultural diversity is better than many places but still needs work. MS overtly supports LGBT hiring and diversity and has a very inclusive workplace culture.
