They Hear you out , the leadership is there for you . The firm holds really strong values
There are a lot of smart people and they want to build leaders
They are very smart people
Leaders are generally well educated and spoken. Middle management often works hard in the trenches with the rest of us. The problem is there is still major disconnect and lack of development training for the teams other than take this online module. Need more actionable training within teams.

Consistent strategy and transparent communciation
The leadership team needs to be more transparent. They tend to have a nice political speech when it comes to diversity and inclusion yet compensation tends to be lowest among minorities.
Leader ship needs to demonstrate that they have a tangible interest in the well-being of their emplyees. In general, there is substantial disconnect between employees and managers. Most manage by looking at their computers, as opposed to talking to employees.
Sr. Leadership was too far removed to have a good understanding of what was going on, on the ground. They should be more involved.
Terminate those who show abusive & unethical behaviors Create a fair promotion process instead of bias-based Listen to concerns on workload. This was brushed off by leadership. I now have longtern health problems.
Hold leaders accountable Less biased promotion process Dont enable poor behavior to continue Care for your employees Follow your core values instead of just stating them
fair allocation and vesting schedule
Stock plan, vision that supports ownership.

All the new 2021 upgrades are amazing
Annual bonus and 401K match
Compensation is only limited by time and energy put forth
A significant hike would be better
I believe that I deserve to be compensated equally to my male colleagues, based on my skills, experience, and contributions to the company.
Direct management would tell people you are not valued. The best people quit because of insecure management who bullied them out.
Yes - direct manager would regularly state "you add no value"
The company should pay more towards your monthly deductable.
They are a family , the team is knowledgable
I supported an excellent group who wanted to see me grow.
They are very smart people
Nice people who are interesting
Review from Sales Dept
We are all invested in the well-being, and sincere interest in each other.
Stop spreading rumors about your own team
They need to do the work instead of passing their workloads off to others.
Coworkers put eachother down to try to get ahead
A few strong employees get volunteered to train coworkers. Problem is they are not seen as a manager so the result is training individuals who don't care to change. Repeated process and results never improve. Managers should reset expectations or give "peer" trainers more authority or all burn out.
Review from Operations Dept
This is a political and backbiting place with people who openly sabotage each other
Review from Marketing Dept
The culture , the way they care for their employees
team spirit and can do attitude
Seeing a variety of issues that our clients present
Everyone is in the same boat. People always willing to help you learn.
Everyone is very nice everywhere
Too many things to name here
Promote people on merit, create clear promotion process, hire better management, create a safer and healthier environment for employees
More transparency and teamwork, less managing up and more managing laterally
Review from Marketing Dept
More compassion and understanding from management
Higher compensation across the board and a culture change. Stifling work environment compliance driven.
Review from Finance Dept
The business plan / project evaluates our skills.
The managers are their to hear you out and not judge
The ability to meet the team in person. Learn more about the group.
The questions and tasks were fair, overall
It was a straight forward interview. Nothing majorly in depth other than getting to know you and ask a but about experience examples. Overall positive.
Review from Operations Dept
There was unckear communication theoughout the interview process. This should have been a red flag.
Focus on industry knowledge and not the client list or AUM
Review from Sales Dept
The interview process is great
Make its not so arrogant and more plainspoken.
Review from Finance Dept
I felt like I was able to make a big difference. I created most of the processes for our team, I knew that I developed the team. I was able to support my division making leaderships lives easier.
The work itself , the smooth systems
The interaction with team members
I am afforded substantial opportunity for wealth creation
being engaged with talented colleagues
To many things to name here
I don't like my boss and think he's not a creative or strategic thinker
Review from Marketing Dept
Compliance is running the show. EMployees cannot have their individual social media pages unless it is literally micromanaged by compliance officers
Review from Finance Dept
I would prefer to be working on a team instead of being a sole practitioner.
It is hard to say anything is wrong, but the center of the firm is in New York and that culture is pervasive.
