They Hear you out , the leadership is there for you . The firm holds really strong values

There are a lot of smart people and they want to build leaders

They are very smart people

Leaders are generally well educated and spoken. Middle management often works hard in the trenches with the rest of us. The problem is there is still major disconnect and lack of development training for the teams other than take this online module. Need more actionable training within teams.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to be more transparent. They tend to have a nice political speech when it comes to diversity and inclusion yet compensation tends to be lowest among minorities.

Leader ship needs to demonstrate that they have a tangible interest in the well-being of their emplyees. In general, there is substantial disconnect between employees and managers. Most manage by looking at their computers, as opposed to talking to employees.

Sr. Leadership was too far removed to have a good understanding of what was going on, on the ground. They should be more involved.

Terminate those who show abusive & unethical behaviors Create a fair promotion process instead of bias-based Listen to concerns on workload. This was brushed off by leadership. I now have longtern health problems.

Hold leaders accountable Less biased promotion process Dont enable poor behavior to continue Care for your employees Follow your core values instead of just stating them

Bullying became a problem. Hold those accountable. Promote on merit not favoritism. Hire stronger leaders who are true experts in their field.

Hire people have expertise in the field. We want to look up to them as experts, not observe them asking for ideas on how to do their job. Hold people who bully accountable. Promote on merit not bias or favoritism.

They manage up. Everyone passes the buck!

Training, support, scope of work is insane

Culture carrying and managing from the top

Review from Operations Dept

Improve Investment in its employees

Review from Finance Dept

communication, transparency, fairness, accountability and pay

Review from Marketing Dept

The firm has turned into a retail bucket shop. They could be sellin vacuum cleaners also.

Review from Sales Dept

Need to improve the culture

Not running the firm scared of FINRA like a law firm

Review from Finance Dept

To a large extent management operates by instilling fear rather than positive motivation.

Motivating employees, and leading in technology

Communication with direct report employees

Review from Finance Dept

communication and direct involvement. Discontinue preferential treatment of top producers. Support more diversity both gender and race with their advisors.

Review from Finance Dept

They are focused on raising the stock price not growing the company. Invest more in technology!
