The culture , the way they care for their employees
team spirit and can do attitude
Seeing a variety of issues that our clients present
Everyone is in the same boat. People always willing to help you learn.
Everyone is very nice everywhere
They are heavly invested in diversity
The best part is if you are part of the clique. Lots of networking potential, special treatments, additional resources/programs that you can get involved with. Bonus and 401k are helpful but not amazing. They still expect you to be super apprecitive of the little you get- but worked so hard for.

we work hard and value colleagues that care about what they do. You have to remain flexible as things change in our environment. We try things that fail sometimes, but we keep trying things. This is not a place to just go on autopilot, sometimes that's great sometimes its stressful.
