It might sound dumb, but a lot of people get lunch together. It's a nice time for everyone to catch up on the projects we are working on or the latest pop culture buzz.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about our compensation package is a thing we call Movement Journey's. Each year, an employee can take a "journey" that is funded by the company up to $1,500. Journey's can rang from learning about yourself through guitar lessons, or going on your first overseas trip alone. It's great!
