For the most part, the team at Movement is collaborative and welcoming. There is definitely some true talent at Movement, and the people who do best here are those without egos.

The environment is mostly supportive and willing to make strides to always improve itself. It's mostly celebratory and encouraging. It's a small place, but for the most part everyone gets along and enjoys working together.

Everyone works really hard, but they also work to make it fun - we celebrate anniversaries and birthdays, we have happy hours and birthday lunches. I also love the communication across offices, it makes it easy to make connections in other locations.
