Movement is constantly rewarding people who put in the work, which is something other companies can take advantage of easily. If you hustle, you'll grow and make more.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was really happy to meet the CEO on my interview. It felt unnecessary to me at the time, but it gave me a great feeling about the company.
