Mr. Anthony W. Villani, also known as Tony, serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. ('Nationstar') since 2012. Mr. Villani also holds the same position at Nationstar Mortgage LLC, which he joined in October 2011 as an Executive Vice President. Mr. Villani also served as Nationstar Secretary from February to August of 2012. Prior to joining Nationstar, Mr. Villani was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he served as the managing attorney for Litton Loan Servicing LP, a Goldman Sachs company, from June 2008 until September 2011. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of EMC Mortgage Corporation. He holds a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1983 and the Texas Bar in 1989.
