They keep us informed and ensure we are updated on all changes and new visions for the company
It's a great company and a great team to work with.
Review from Operations Dept
Good work culture and carrer growth
Clear and consistent communication and steadfast commitment to company values.
It is a very good team
The Favortism for some employees
Being human would go a long way.
Paying attention to people and promoting when deserving not because an "opening" came up. Calm down on time off. Salaried employees should not need to take an hour or 2 of PTO when needing to take care of something personal. PTO was down to 15 minute intervals. Ridiculous for salaried employees.
They hate anyone not in leadership, very closed door policy
Communication, management training, more in touch with their employees
Bonus is very good that we get it 4 times a year and dont have to wait for once a year
Commendation is fair but not outstanding. Sênior execs are over compensated compared to the rank and file
Health, dental and eye care
Benefits starting day one of hire
Interacting with colleagues at workplace
I definitely do feel undervalued. Employees are overworked and underpaid
If they made metrics based upon individual perforance and not on things out of your control.
Most increases are only 1%-3%. No bonuses for job titles below AVP. A 20% increase.
Raises should match cost of living increases at minimum. CEO donates to facists. And when something goes wrong in the business it's absurdly difficult to get it fixed
pay people what the going industry rate is
I worked with a strong, collaborative team that supported one another to get work done, largely because leadership was unable or unwilling to provide guidance or support and lacked the knowledge to lead effectively.
Review from Operations Dept
We all have the same goals and are willing to assist each other.
working together and encouraging one another.
Review from Operations Dept
Honesty and the overall vibe of our team is the best I ever been apart of
Terrific group of professionals, a joy to work with and the best part of the job.
Make them useful to the job
Everyone needs to be working toward the same goal, more team work
Communication. They complain too much.
Work as a team. Everyone is on the WIIFM concept and do not show care or compassion for others.
Review from HR Dept
The only positive aspect of the department culture was having executive leadership in other states, limiting day-to-day interaction. Within the office, my staff worked well together and maintained a strong, supportive team dynamic.
Review from Operations Dept
I work from home, so I have a great work environment.
Happy comfortable and pleasant environment to work.
Review from Operations Dept
Great environment in the office (when open)... outstanding art collection by local artists... very stimulating
People are friendly with each other.
Get rid of loser managers who dont help employees
More fairness, treat all employees equally and give everyone the same opportunities, less favoritism
be fair and honest across the board, make your employees feel valued, have meetings that actually resolve issues and stop creating systems that create more problems, make the job a real fun place to work
Review from Operations Dept
Leaders do not lead and are not given the autonomy to be managers. Sr leaders want control over everything and play favorites.
Review from HR Dept
There were a lot of managers in the interview.
Very comfortable, pleasant, and easy to communicate.
Review from Operations Dept
Clear and consistent communication from everyone i interviewed with.
was short & succinct, to the point
Exposure to the senior levels during an interview gave me perspective of the leadership and perspective of my level of importance in their eyes.

Working from home, and the challenge of learning new things.
The togetherness and sharing skills.
Review from Operations Dept
Just working for Mr. Cooper and what it offers me and my family.
working at home all the time
The people I work with on my team
No clue but it has to do with awful rates
Lead by example, core values should be more than words and it starts with managemeny; management rules by fear and threats
Focus more on customer satisfaction instead of AHT. Get rid of the AHT so the agent can focus more on the customer instead of 8 minutes to handle the customers concerns
The company culture is awful and turnover is through the roof. People are not happy but leadership does not care, too focused on the #'s
