I work from home, so I have a great work environment.
Happy comfortable and pleasant environment to work.

Great environment in the office (when open)... outstanding art collection by local artists... very stimulating
People are friendly with each other.
I feel this company cares about their employees well being and offers support when and if needed.
Not much. They try but fall way short and spend money on rebranding when they could have given the all employees bonuses. Productivity was up by 15% across the company during the first 6 months of the pandemic but not everyone shared in the rewards.
We are a home-centric work environment.
diversity is something that I truly appreciate with the company
The core values are always emphasized. 1. Be a CHAMPION for your customers (always take care of the customer) 2. Be a CHEERLEADER for your team (regardless of your position, encourage those around you) 3. Be a CHALLENGER of convention (look for ways to improve processes and procedures)
We live by three values, being champions for our customers, cheerleaders for our team, and challengers of convention
Centered around helping the employees

Open door policy and casual attire
Mr. Cooper lives and breathes our values: Champion for our Customers, Challengers of Convention, and Cheerleaders for our Teams. This creates a positive energy in the workplace and a sense of pride for the work that we are accomplishing.

The positive and upbeat spirit

The most positive thing is that you can be easily identified in this company and grow higher and higher. Confidence level will increase and also you ca improve your leadership qualities. Other training courses are frequently taking place where you can learn many new things and improve your skills.

Get rid of loser managers who dont help employees
More fairness, treat all employees equally and give everyone the same opportunities, less favoritism
be fair and honest across the board, make your employees feel valued, have meetings that actually resolve issues and stop creating systems that create more problems, make the job a real fun place to work

Leaders do not lead and are not given the autonomy to be managers. Sr leaders want control over everything and play favorites.
