Something of a roller coaster ride in terms of leadership of my department (while there was steady tenure for many years, it was management by fear.) This was changed several years ago and it's beenmuch better - strong performance is rewarded w/ monetary & other types of recognition.

Due to my tenure, paid time off is ample

I feel heard; I get to work cross-functionally; the company is involved in giving back to the community; there is opportunity for development & growth
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made sure to impart information beyond the job; they shared what the potential career path could be and were honest abt. some of the challenges as well.
