The company has cut every benefit we’ve ever had. The pension is gone. The medical subsidy for retirees is gone. The life insurance has been slashed. The 401k match has been slashed. And salaries are still the lowest in the industry. Restore our benefit

Many changes reducing benefits over a short period of time have taken a toll on employees’ personal finances. The company needs to start cost cutting in other ways than reducing benefit

not treated like people. feel that we are being taken for granted. poorly treated. it's as if executive leadership wants us all to quit. never ever work for this company.
