What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss was knowledgeable and hard working.
Out of touch with what is really going on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Thinking that they know everything when they have no experience managing a business. Explaining/communicating to the employees how their actions have been very costly.
Retiring. Perhaps then the company has a chance to rise from the grave. Yeah, it's gotten that bad.
Realize what is going on in the field. Have accountability for workers in our home office and have processes in place to support people working with clients.
Recognizing employees' worth and treating them like human beings not mules.
Treating their employees with more respect.
