My boss was knowledgeable and hard working.
Out of touch with what is really going on
Thinking that they know everything when they have no experience managing a business. Explaining/communicating to the employees how their actions have been very costly.
Retiring. Perhaps then the company has a chance to rise from the grave. Yeah, it's gotten that bad.
Realize what is going on in the field. Have accountability for workers in our home office and have processes in place to support people working with clients.
Recognizing employees' worth and treating them like human beings not mules.
Treating their employees with more respect.
401k match is quite generous
The company has cut every benefit we’ve ever had. The pension is gone. The medical subsidy for retirees is gone. The life insurance has been slashed. The 401k match has been slashed. And salaries are still the lowest in the industry. Restore our benefit
They have addmitted we are unerpaid
Market pay and yearly cost of living adjustments
Many changes reducing benefits over a short period of time have taken a toll on employees’ personal finances. The company needs to start cost cutting in other ways than reducing benefit
Paid way less than other comparable jobs
My co workers are great
The team works well together.
Great teamwork manager is great about keeping you motivated
we know we have each other's back. we are all overworked and underappreciated.
We can collaborate our manager is great at motivating and helping us through tough times
My coworkers are too young
Work together and not manage up for your own benefit.
They need to communicate about the work being done more effectively.

the retirement and departure of all C-Suite leadership and the goons they brought on to be their "right hand men."
Going with less and not compensating workers is a horrible standard. Showing appreciation that employees are doing a job not only for themselves but the company as whole. The lack of communication of change fueled uncertainty in all departments
The company culture is a “give it your all for nothing in return” environment.
I very much enjoyed meeting people during the process.
do it virtually except for last round.

Customer service is lacking brcause of new systems
everything. customers and employees are treated inhumanely. company only has eyes for the almighty $. if you don't take care of your employees and your customers, then you won't last much longer as a company. i doubt this company will be in business 5 years from now.
