The people at Mux are some of the smartest people. Video is hard, but Mux has the best people to take on video.

What makes you most happy at work?

Video is exciting! So much buddy is consumed daily, the future of buddy technology is exciting. I'm happy to be working with a company that is at the forefront of video technology.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They have a portion of the interview where they want to learn about your background and "what makes you you". From the little details like, "what was your favorite subject in school". It shows they really want to get to know their possible future employees.

It's hard to interview virtually and truly understand the culture, but I've been constantly impressed since starting. The team is incredibly smart, but also truly embodies our "be human" value. I feel lucky to have found such a great culture and workplace.
