What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are fun approachable and have integrity. They are keen listeners and are all doing great work together. It's inspiring to see an executive team that is passionate and thoughtful.

They are always willing to help, they are empathetic and friendly.

The leadership team listens and truly cares. Everyone has a voice and is respected regardless of rank or role.

Open and honest communication, lots of transparency

The leadership team takes in feedback well and works very hard to create an environment that is open and collaborative.

The leadership team had been extremely patient with my onboarding and supportive in ensuring I could execute my tasks.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Not everyone is ok to working extra daily hours. Pay better salaries and stop hiring outsourcing from the US and star hiring here.

Training for young and inexperienced managers. Work on building a stronger culture.
