What did you like most about the interview process?I liked how fast it went and efficient it was. I have been in interview process that lasts months and that is so tiresome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Well, if i ever have a question I can always get help and guidance. I like that people are willing to help and ask me questions too. I like the freedom my job has, I can tend to being a mom and an artist. I just love how nice everyone is. I think kindness heals the planet, and our company has it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are fun approachable and have integrity. They are keen listeners and are all doing great work together. It's inspiring to see an executive team that is passionate and thoughtful.

My Code is changing the way brands approach multicultural marketing and how diverse audiences see themselves. My Code is a purpose-driven media company that allows advertisers to invest in minority-owned and led publishers, creators, and producers while brands can discover and reach diverse audiences. It was founded in 2015 as H Code, with the mission to reshape the future of media where everyone is authentically represented, first specializing in reaching Hispanic audiences and has since expanded to include divisions focused on AAPI, Black, LGBTQ+ and Women audiences. By solving the fragmentation of the multicultural marketing landscape, it enables more profound, meaningful connections via insights, award-winning content, and media solutions. Our goal is to arm marketers with culturally nuanced intelligence to better reach, understand, and connect with multicultural consumers.
