Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fun approachable and have integrity. They are keen listeners and are all doing great work together. It's inspiring to see an executive team that is passionate and thoughtful.
They are always willing to help, they are empathetic and friendly.
The leadership team listens and truly cares. Everyone has a voice and is respected regardless of rank or role.
Open and honest communication, lots of transparency
The leadership team takes in feedback well and works very hard to create an environment that is open and collaborative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Not everyone is ok to working extra daily hours. Pay better salaries and stop hiring outsourcing from the US and star hiring here.
Understanding the strength of their employees.
Training for young and inexperienced managers. Work on building a stronger culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package including unlimited paid time off.
There is a strong quarterly bonus program
Base pay is strong but hope for equity opportunitues
Pay and stock are good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k Matching would be amazing
I feel undervalued because I am not being for my level of experience. I would feel better if I had a competitve salary and title promotion.

Be more emphatic and human
Respect and vaule others strengths.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, if i ever have a question I can always get help and guidance. I like that people are willing to help and ask me questions too. I like the freedom my job has, I can tend to being a mom and an artist. I just love how nice everyone is. I think kindness heals the planet, and our company has it.
My Code is open with women, LGBTQ+ community, hispanics, and international people, so it is nice to work in a company that it is inclusive.
The level of diversity is really strong
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New more experienced leadership. They are not good
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how fast it went and efficient it was. I have been in interview process that lasts months and that is so tiresome.
The process was fast and they went to the point

Be more honest about internal processes
No real process in place. Lack of leadeeleship.
